1. Our service
Mendwell Care provides online consultations with licensed doctors, a family health app, and medicine ordering. Online care does not replace emergency services — in an emergency, call your local emergency number first.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate identity information and keep your login private. Accounts are for personal or registered family use only.
3. Payments & refunds
Care plans and packages are billed at checkout. If a doctor cannot help with your case, the visit is free. Unused plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
